智能制造背景下高校应用型人才培养模式及对策研究

摘要 随着智能制造领域的不断发展,应用型人才逐渐成为推动智能制造行业迭代升级的重要动力源泉。高校作为人才培养的主阵地,面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。本文通过回顾智能制造的定义和特点,根据其产业特征与人才需求,分析了高校应用型人才培养的目标定位。文章揭示了高校应用型人才培养模式面临的教育与行业对接、人才培养理念和人才培养体系困境,并以此为基础提出了针对性的对策建议,为高校优化应用型人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,以及推动智能制造领域的人才培养提供了理论和实践参考。 With the continuous development of the field of intelligent manufacturing,applied talents have gradually become an important driving force for the iterative upgrading of the intelligent manufacturing industry.As the main battlefield for talent cultivation,universities are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This article reviews the definition and characteristics of intelligent manufacturing,analyzes the target positioning of cultivating applied talents in universities based on the industrial characteristics and talent needs.The article reveals the difficulties faced by the education industry integration,talent cultivation concepts,and talent cultivation system in the cultivation model of applied talents in universities.Based on these,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,providing theoretical and practical references for universities to optimize the cultivation model of applied talents,improve the quality of talent cultivation,and promote talent cultivation in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
