摘要
研究生教育是高等医学教育的重要组成部分,医学人才需要来自一流院校和一流学科的培养,学科建设与师资力量、教学资源、研究生培养等因素密切相关。黑龙江中医药大学的针灸推拿学专业长期以来一直从人才培养、教学实践、师资队伍和课程建设等多方面不断创新人才培养模式,深化“医教协同”模式,旨在培养德、智、体全面发展的突出中医针灸推拿特色的高素质人才。文章主要通过文献分析、访谈及问卷调查,深入探讨“双一流”背景下针灸推拿学研究生的培养现状与问题,分析并总结影响因素。同时也提出对学校针灸推拿专业型硕士研究生教育的展望,以期能更高效地开展专硕培养工作,从而推动针灸推拿学专硕的全面发展。
Postgraduate education is an important part of higher medical education,and medical talents need to be trained from first-class colleges,universities and disciplines.Discipline construction is closely related to teacher strength,teaching resources,postgraduate training and other factors.For a long time,the major of acupuncture and massage in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine has been constantly innovating the talent training mode from various aspects such as talent training,teaching practice,teacher team and curriculum construction,deepening the“medical-educational collaboration”mode,aiming at cultivating high-quality talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence and body,highlighting the characteristics of acupuncture and massage in traditional Chinese medicine.This article mainly explores the current situation and problems of graduate education under the“Double First-Class”initiative through literature analysis,interviews,conduct a questionnaire survey and analyze and summarize the influencing factors.At the same time,it also puts forward the prospect of acupuncture and acupuncture and massage professional postgraduate education in schools,so as to carry out the training of professional masters more efficiently,and thus promote the comprehensive development of professional masters in acupuncture and acupuncture and massage.
