巷道锚杆-锚索-网喷-钢梁联合协同支护参数优化及应用研究

Research on Optimization and Application of Combined Support Parameters of Roadway Anchor Rods-Anchor Cables-Mesh Spraying-Steel Beams

摘要 为了更好地控制巷道围岩稳定性,探索巷道加强支护的方法,以甘肃某矿1715运输巷为研究对象,通过构建综合评价指标体系,运用粒子群优化和模拟退火算法联合优化模型,调整支护参数,得出锚杆-锚索-网喷-钢梁联合协同支护对围岩稳定性控制是最有效的途径,并确定了联合协同支护优化的流程,结合1715现场实际情况计算了巷道锚杆-锚索-网喷-钢梁联合协同支护的各参数值,最后采用“十字”布点法观测了巷道收敛变形情况。结果表明,1715运输巷通过实施锚杆-锚索-网喷-钢梁联合协同支护方式,巷道围岩稳定性得到了良好控制,为矿井安全生产提供了保障。 In order to better control the stability of the surrounding rock in the roadway and explore methods to strengthen support,a comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed for the 1715 transportation channel of a mine in Gansu Province.The particle swarm optimization and simulated annealing algorithm were used to jointly optimize the model and adjust the support parameters.It was found that the joint collaborative support of anchor rod anchor cable mesh spray steel beam is the most effective way to control the stability of the surrounding rock.The optimization process of joint collaborative support was determined,and the parameter values of the joint collaborative support of anchor rod anchor cable mesh spray steel beam in the roadway were calculated based on the actual situation on site in 1715.Finally,the convergence deformation of the roadway was observed using the"cross"point method.The results show that the 1715 transportation channel has achieved good control over the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway through the implementation of anchor rod anchor cable mesh spraying steel beam joint collaborative support,providing a guarantee for the safety production of the mine.
