摘要
天然气站场工艺管道吹扫试压是确保管道安全运行的重要环节。文章分析了吹扫试压的意义、目的和要点,重点探讨了吹扫阶段的介质选择、吹扫方式选择、吹扫段落划分、吹扫参数控制以及试压阶段的试压方法选择、试压段落划分、试压参数控制、试压设备选择等内容。最后,还对吹扫试压安全管理进行了阐述,包括安全规程制定、安全管理措施、安全风险控制等方面。
Purging and pressure testing of process pipelines in natural gas stations is an important link to ensure the safe operation of pipelines.This paper analyzes the signif icance,purpose,and key points of blowing and pressure testing,focusing on the selection of medium,blowing method,blowing section division,blowing parameter control,as well as the selection of pressure testing methods,pressure testing section division,pressure testing parameter control,and pressure testing equipment during the blowing stage.Finally,the safety management of blowing and pressure testing was elaborated,including the formulation of safety regulations,safety management measures,and safety risk control.
