摘要
劳动素养培养是个体全面发展的内在规定,是践行社会主义核心价值观的应有之义,是培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的迫切需求。基于生态系统理论,从微观系统、中间系统、外系统和宏系统剖析劳动素养培养的影响因素,主要表现为:微观系统的家庭劳动教育支持,学校劳动教育实施和同伴的榜样作用;中观系统的家校劳动教育分工协作,学校对同伴榜样的树立;外系统的家庭社会经济地位、社区劳动教育资源支持、地域劳动教育资源差异;宏系统的崇尚劳动的社会氛围、数字化时代劳动新样态。中小学生劳动素养培养需要明晰家校社主体责任,构建多系统协同的育人场域;做好劳动清单,设计多系统协同的育人载体;涵养劳动文化,增强多系统协同的育人自觉。
The cultivation of labor literacy is the inherent requirement of individual's all-round development,the proper meaning of practising socialist core values,and the urgent need to cultivate new people who are responsible for national rejuvenation.Based on the ecosystem theory,this paper analyzes the influential factors of labor literacy training from micro-system,intermediate system,external system and macro-system,which are mainly manifested as:the support of family labor education in the micro-system,the school labor education and the role model of peers;the division and cooperation of labor education between school and family in the middle system,and the peer role models established by school;the difference of family social and economic status,community labor education resources support and regional labor education resources in the external system;the social atmosphere that advocates labor in the macro-system,and the new labor patterns in the digital era.The cultivation of primary and secondary school students'labor literacy needs to clarify the responsibility of school-family-society main bodies and build a multi-system collaborative education field;make a list of labor activities and design a multi-system collaborative education carrier;cultivate the labor-loving culture and enhance the consciousness of educating people through multi-system cooperation.
