摘要
高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,提升全要素生产率被视为驱动企业迈向高质量发展的核心动力。本文以2007~2022年中国A股上市企业为样本,实证研究了股权激励对企业全要素生产率的影响及其传导机制。研究发现,股权激励强度显著提升了企业的全要素生产率;机制研究表明,股权激励通过提高企业的内部控制和创新能力,促进了其全要素生产率的增长。研究结论为企业高质量发展提供了有益参考。
High-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in a comprehensive manner,and improving total factor productivity is regarded as the core driving force for enterprises to move towards high-quality development.This paper empirically investigates the impact of equity incentives on firms'total factor productivity and its transmission mechanism using a sample of Chinese A-share listed firms from 2007 to 2022.The study finds that the intensity of equity incentives significantly increases the total factor productivity of enterprises;the mechanism study shows that equity incentives promote the growth of total factor productivity by improving the internal control and innovation ability of enterprises.The findings of the study provide useful references for the high-quality development of enterprises.
