摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺结节中的诊断价值。方法选取2023年2月至2024年5月上海百汇医院收治的50例乳腺结节患者作为研究对象,采取彩色多普勒超声、二维超声进行诊断,比较病理诊断结果,分析诊断准确率、特异度、灵敏度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、误诊率及漏诊率。结果50例患者中,病理诊断确诊恶性15例,占比30.00%。彩色多普勒超声诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异度较二维超声诊断更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒超声诊断阳性预测值、阴性预测值高于二维超声诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。彩色多普勒超声诊断误诊率、漏诊率低于二维超声诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺结节的准确率、特异度、灵敏度较高,可减少误诊及漏诊。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in breast nodules.Methods A total of 50 patients with breast nodules admitted to Shanghai Baihui Hospital from February 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects.Color Doppler ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound were used for diagnosis,and the pathological diagnosis results were compared to analyze the diagnostic accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,misdiagnosis rate,and missed diagnosis rate.Results Among the 50 patients,pathological diagnosis confirmed 15 cases of malignancy,accounting for 30.00%.The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive predictive value and negative predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were lower than those of two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy,specificity,and sensitivity of breast nodules diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound are high,which can reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
