摘要
为了确定XLX82A钢合适的软吹时间,通过对XLX82A钢软吹过程进行取样,分析不同软吹时间点的夹杂物和气体含量变化情况。研究结果表明:软吹过程中,氮含量基本稳定,全氧含量呈下降趋势。软吹过程夹杂物数量呈先增加、后减少趋势。软吹到10 min以后,夹杂物总数量基本稳定。软吹前期,w(Al_(2)O_(3))高的夹杂较多。软吹到30 min时,极大部分是尺寸细小的SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-MnO系夹杂,已基本没有w(Al_(2)O_(3))高的夹杂。
In order to determine the appropriate soft blowing time of XLX82A,the change of inclusions and gas contents at different soft blowing time points was analyzed by sampling the soft blowing process of XLX82A steel.The results show that the nitrogen content is stable and the total oxygen content is decreasing,the number of inclusions increases first and then decreases during soft blowing process.After 10 min of soft blowing,the total number of inclusions is basically stable,but the number of small-size inclusions less than 5μm decreases,and the number of large-size inclusions above 10μm increases first and then decreases.In the early stage of soft blowing,there were more inclusions with high Al_(2)O_(3),when the soft blowing reached 30 min,the inclusions with high Al_(2)O_(3) were basically gone,and most of them were fine SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-MnO inclusions.
