基于BIM的电缆线路工作井智能造价系统的研究

摘要 随着电力系统对电缆线路工作井维护的便利性和安全性要求的提高,电缆线路工作井的设计更为复杂性,传统的造价计算方法已无法满足现代工程的需求。为了提高工程量计算的效率和精度,开发一套基于建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术的电缆线路工作井智能造价系统,通过Revit二次开发,结合SQL Server数据库,实现了电缆工作井的参数化建模、工程量快速计算、定额套取以及报表的生成与导出。研究结果表明,该系统能够显著提升工程造价的准确性和工作效率,同时保障数据的一致性和信息的连贯性,并且满足规范要求。 With the increasing convenience and safety requirements for the maintenance of cable line working wells in the power system,the design of cable line working wells has become more complex,and traditional cost calculation methods can no longer meet the needs of modern engineering.The purpose of this study is to develop an intelligent cost system for cable line working wells based on building information modelling(BIM)technology to improve the efficiency and accuracy of quantity calculation.Through the secondary development of Revit,combined with SQL Server database,the system realizes the parametric modeling,rapid calculation of engineering quantity,quota arbitrage,and report generation and export of cable working wells.The results show that the system can significantly improve the accuracy and work efficiency of the project cost,ensure the consistency of data and the coherence of information,and meet the requirements of China's specifications.
