摘要
堆石混凝土技术是一种新型的低碳环保筑坝方法,其核心是使用大粒径的石块作为主要建筑材料,在石块间浇筑自密实混凝土,形成无需振捣、依靠自重填充空隙的完整密实结构。该技术目前已广泛应用于国内170余座在(已)建大坝中,其中拱坝13座(贵州省7座)。它显著减少了水泥用量,降低了水化热和收缩,同时节约能源并减少CO_(2)排放。本文以绿塘水库为例,介绍堆石混凝土技术的创新应用案例,强调了该技术展现了工程材料与施工技术结合的新趋势,创新性地采用了无横缝整体浇筑的方式,简化了筑坝施工工艺,并提升了堆石混凝土拱坝筑坝速度。随着技术的持续进步和创新,预计堆石混凝土技术将在世界范围内得到更广泛的应用,并为解决全球性问题如水资源管理、能源开发和环境保护提供更多可能性。
Rock-filled Concrete technology is a new method of low carbon environmental protection dam construction,its core is to use large particle size stones as the main building materials,pouring self-compacting concrete between the stones to form a complete dense structure without vibration,relying on self-weight to fill the void.The technology has been widely used in more than 170 dams under construction in China,including 13 arch dams (7 in Guizhou province).It significantly reduces cement use,reduces hydration heat and shrinkage,while saving energy and reducing CO_(2) emissions.Taking Lvtang Reservoir as an example,this paper introduces the innovative application case of rock-filled concrete technology,emphasizing that this technology shows a new trend of combining engineering materials and construction technology,and innovatively adopts the way of integral pouring without transverse cracks,which simplifies the construction process of dam construction and improves the construction speed of rock-filled concrete arch dam.As technology continues to advance and innovate,it is expected that rock-filled concrete technology will be more widely used around the world and provide more possibilities for solving global problems such as water resource management,energy development and environmental protection.
