摘要
目的:观察氯沙坦钾片联合安宫降压丸治疗肝阳上亢型原发性1级高血压的效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月于北京市西城区广外社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的肝阳上亢型原发性1级高血压患者100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组应用氯沙坦钾片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以安宫降压丸治疗。比较两组血压水平、血压达标率及中医证候积分。结果:治疗前,两组收缩压、舒张压水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血压达标率高于对照组(P=0.049)。治疗前,两组眩晕、头痛、急躁易怒评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组眩晕、头痛、急躁易怒评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氯沙坦钾片联合安宫降压丸治疗肝阳上亢型原发性1级高血压的效果显著,可降低血压,缓解症状。
Objective:To observe the effect of losartan potassium tablets combined with Angong Jiangya pills on primary grade 1 hypertension with liver-yang hyperactivity.Methods:A total of 100 patients with primary grade 1 hypertension and liver-yang hyperactivity treated at Beijing Xicheng District Guangwai Community Health Service Center from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets,while the observation group received additional treatment with Angong Jiangya pills.Blood pressure levels,blood pressure control rate,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed a reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels,with the observation group exhibiting lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure control rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.049).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in scores for dizziness,headache,and irritability between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed a reduction in these scores,with the observation group exhibiting lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of losartan potassium tablets and Angong Jiangya pills is effective in treating primary grade 1 hypertension with liver-yang hyperactivity,reducing blood pressure and alleviating symptoms.
