摘要
科技革命、产业变革促使医药健康产业不断涌现出新技术、新方法、新场景、新模式,药品质量与安全专业立足医药健康产业发展需求,针对现代学徒制存在的校企协同育人参与度不高、融合度不深、联动性不强等问题,从党建引领、培养方案、教学团队、课程体系等方面进行探索和实践,切实提升人才培养质量,以为医药相关专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的开展提供参考和借鉴。
The technological revolution and industrial transformation have led to the continuous emergence of new technologies,methods,scenarios,and models in the pharmaceutical and health industry.The medicine quality and safety major is based on the development needs of the pharmaceutical and health industry.In response to the problems of low participation,little integration,and weak linkage in the modern apprenticeship system,exploration and practice have been carried out from the aspects includes Party building guidance,training programs,teaching teams,course systems,to effectively improve the quality of personnel cultivation and provide reference and inspiration for the development of modern apprenticeship personnel cultivation models in pharmaceutical related majors.
