摘要
针对我国分散式风电项目发展落地建设困难的现状,整理分析近年来国内分散式风电政策推进时间轴,统计近3年全国各省分散式风电装机量靠前省份,综合分析了各省分散式风电接入标准、并网流程及管理办法及分散式风电的配储要求,基于以上分析,梳理出分散式风电在实际应用中存在的问题,并提出了针对性的应对策略。
In response to the difficulties in the development and implementation of decentralized wind power projects in China,the timeline of the promotion of decentralized wind power policies in recent years was summarized and analyzed.The top provinces in China in terms of installed capacity of decentralized wind power in the past three years were counted,and the access standards,grid connection processes,management methods,and distribution and storage requirements of decentralized wind power in each province were comprehensively analyzed.Based on the above analysis,the problems existing in the practical application of decentralized wind power were sorted out,and targeted response strategies were proposed.
