摘要
在开展自然保护地调查评估、保护空缺分析的基础上,根据整合优化规则,对云南省自然保护地进行优化整合。结果显示,云南省纳入整合优化的自然保护地共有6类324个,整合优化过程中被归并98个、被转型37个、被拆分1个、撤销16个,整合优化后,全省自然保护地共225个,总面积485.86万hm^(2),占全省土地总面积的12.68%,与整合前实际净占地面积469.89万hm^(2)相比,净增面积15.97万hm^(2),占比增加0.42%。整合优化实现了保护强度不降低、保护性质不改变、保护面积不减少的目标,将提升自然保护地生态系统质量,提高生物多样性保护水平,优化自然保护地空间分布格局,夯实自然保护地监督管理基础,促进构建国土空间保护利用新格局。
Based on the investigation and evaluation of natural protected areas and analysis of protection gaps,this paper studied the integration and optimization of natural protected areas in Yunnan Province according to the related rules.The results showed that there were a total of 324 natural protected areas in 6 categories included in the integration and optimization in Yunnan.During the integration and optimization process,98 areas were merged,37 areas were transformed,1 areas was split,and 16 areas were revoked.After the integration and optimization,225 natural protected areas were preserved in Yunnan,with a total area of 4.8586 million hm^(2),accounting for 12.68%of the province′s land area.Compared with the actual net land area before the integration,the net increase area was 159700 hm^(2),accounting for 0.42%of the total land area.The integration and optimization achieved the goals of not reducing the intensity of protection,not changing the nature of protection,and not reducing the area of protection,which improved the quality of the ecological system and the level of biodiversity protection,optimized the spatial distribution pattern,consolidated the foundation of supervision and management in natural protected areas,and promoted the construction of a new pattern of land spatial development and protection.
