摘要
目的探讨益气通络方外洗联合耳穴埋籽治疗紫杉类化学治疗(简称化疗)药物所致周围神经病变(PIPN)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2022年3月至2024年3月收治的PIPN患者76例,按信封随机法均分为联合组和对照组,各38例。联合组患者予益气通络方外洗联合耳穴埋籽治疗,对照组患者予耳穴埋籽治疗,均连续治疗2周。结果联合组总有效率为97.37%,显著高于对照组的81.58%(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者的主症、次症中医症状积分及数字疼痛评分量表(NRS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组患者的卡氏评分量表(KPS)、欧洲癌症治疗组织生活质量量表(EORTC QOL C30)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组和对照组患者的不良反应发生率相当(7.89%比15.79%,P>0.05)。结论益气通络方外洗联合耳穴埋籽治疗紫衫类化疗药物所致PIPN的临床疗效良好,可改善患者的临床症状,减轻疼痛程度,提高生活质量,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Tongluo Formula external washing combined with auricular-point-pressing in the treatment of paclitaxel chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy(PIPN).Methods A total 76 patients with PIPN admitted to the hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into the combined group and the control group by the random envelope method,with 38 cases in each group.The patients in the combined group were treated with Yiqi Tongluo Formula external washing combined with auricular-point-pressing,while patients in the control group were continuously treated with auricular-point-pressing.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Results The total effective rate in the combined group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than 81.58%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the main and secondary symptoms and the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of Karnofsky(KPS)and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer-Quality of Life Scale(EORTC QOL C30)in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was comparable between the combined group and the control group(7.89%vs.15.79%,P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tongluo Formula combined with auricular-point-pressing has good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of PIPN,which can improve patients′clinical symptoms,reduce pain,and improve quality of life.
