摘要
地质灾害的发生会对人体健康及环境造成深远影响。传统的地质灾害工程治理包括防灾减灾、工程治理。介绍了微生物修复技术(生物膜技术、电动-微生物联合技术、微生物净化技术)在地质灾害生态修复中的应用。针对地质灾害造成的水土流失、土壤结构和养分破坏等问题探究生物固氮、生物表面活性剂、生物矿化、生物吸附及土壤改良剂(微生物土壤改良剂)的作用,分析微生物改善土壤质量的方法与机理,以提升生态修复质量。
Geological disasters will have profound impact on human health and environment.The traditional engineering management of geological disasters includes disaster prevention and reduction,and engineering management.The study introduces the application of microbial remediation technology(biofilm technology,electric-microbial combined technology and microbial purification technology)in ecological remediation of geological disasters.In view of soil erosion,soil structure and nutrient damage caused by geological disasters,the study explores the effects of biological nitrogen fixation,biosurfactants,biological mineralization,biological adsorption and soil amendments(microbial soil amendments);and analyzes the methods and mechanisms of microbial improvement of soil quality,so as to improve the quality of ecological restoration.
