摘要
为推动仓储行业现代化发展进程持续深入,改变传统粗放型仓库以人力、规模、数量为依托的管理模式,可引入西门子PLC,加强自动化立体仓库的建设。文章以西门子PLC作为建立自动化立体仓库的重要基础,从整体出发指出自动化立体仓库系统的总体设计方案,而后分别围绕硬件与软件两个部分分析该系统具体设计方法,并应用虚拟仿真软件验证该系统的功能。验证结果可以表明该自动化立体仓库设计可满足多数企业仓储业务的需求。
In order to promote the continuous deepening of the modernization development process of the warehousing industry and change the management mode of traditional extensive warehouses relying on manpower,scale,and quantity,Siemens PLC technology can be introduced to strengthen the construction of automated three-dimensional warehouses.The article takes Siemens PLC technology as an important foundation for establishing an automated three-dimensional warehouse.Firstly,it points out the overall design scheme of the automated three-dimensional warehouse system from a holistic perspective.Then,it analyzes the specific design methods of the system around hardware and software parts,and applies virtual simulation software to verify the functionality of the system.According to the verification results,it can be proven that the automated three-dimensional warehouse design can meet the needs of most enterprise warehousing businesses.
