装备减振新型基础件金属橡胶材料研究进展

Research Progress on Metal Rubber Material as a Foundational Component for Vibration Reduction:A Review

摘要 金属橡胶材料是一种新型基础件,属于金属基多孔弹性阻尼材料,具备高弹性和大阻尼的特性,同时具有金属材料卓越的物理性能。作为高端装备中的关键减振基础件,该材料具有重要的应用前景。然而,由于金属橡胶制备工艺繁琐、结构复杂无序,导致材料细观结构与宏观性能的映射关系难以明确,限制了该材料的性能优化调控和产业化应用。围绕金属橡胶材料,依次介绍了金属橡胶材料作为新型基础件的制备工艺、数字化测量建模技术、性能表征理论及工程应用。重点讨论了金属橡胶独特的力学和物理性能,以及这些性能如何受到其内部结构和实际工况的影响,旨在全面了解这种金属基多孔阻尼材料的最新研究进展和未来发展趋势。 Metal rubber materials,composed of a metal matrix and porous elastic damping material,possess a combination of high elasticity and large damping properties of rubber,along with excellent physical and mechanical properties of metal matrix materials.As a key vibration-reduction component in high-end equipment,this material holds significant potential for application.However,the intricate fabrication process and disordered internal structure make it challenging to establish a clear mapping relationship between the material's microscopic structure and macroscopic performance,thus limiting the optimization and industrial application of this material.This work provides a comprehensive overview of the current status and advancements in the research of metal rubber materials,both domestically and internationally.It sequentially discusses the fabrication process,digital measurement and modeling techniques,research status of performance characterization theory,and engineering applications of metal rubber materials.The focus is on the unique mechanical and physical properties of metal rubber and how these properties are influenced by their internal structure and actual working conditions.The aim is to gain a comprehensive understanding of the latest research progress and future development trends in this metal-based porous damping material.
