摘要
液化天然气(LNG)生产和存储过程中会产生大量蒸发气(BOG),该BOG除蕴含了相当可观的冷能外还属于富氦天然气,具有较大的开发利用价值。文中以鄂尔多斯盆地气田某年产20万t LNG工厂为例,在分析原料天然气、净化天然气、BOG组分及处理工艺的基础上,设计BOG提氮和冷能回收利用工艺流程,并计算投资费用和经济效益。结果显示,在LNG厂建设BOG提氦和冷能回收装置具有很好的经济效益,企业氦气销售可实现年均利润3368.34万元,年回收冷能118.28万kW·h,按电价估算可为企业节约成本49.68万元。
During the production and storage of liquefied natural gas(LNG)in LNG plants,a large amount of Boil-off Gas(BOG)will be generated.BOG not only contains considerable cold energy,but also belongs to helium rich natural gas,which has great development and utilization value.Taking a LNG plant with an annual output of 200,000 tons in Ordos Basin as an example,this paper designs the process flow for BOG helium extraction and cold energy recovery and utilization based on the analysis of raw natural gas,purified natural gas,BOG components and treatment technology,and estimates the investment cost and economic benefits.The results show that the construction of BOG helium extraction and cold energy recovery unit in LNG plant has good profitability.The enterprise can achieve an annual average profit of 33,683,400 yuan from helium sales alone and an annual cold energy recovery of 1,182,800 kW·h,reducing the cost by 496,800 yuan based on electricity prices.
