基于改进布谷鸟搜索算法的梯级水电站运行优化

摘要 为解决梯级水电站联合优化的难题,提出一种改进的布谷鸟搜索算法(ICSA)模型。通过建立由4个水电站组成的梯级系统模型,并考虑各水电站的水流入和排水关系,实现24 h内总发电量的最大化。目标函数以4个水电站的总发电量为评估指标,通过水电站排水量、容量及发电参数的约束条件来确保方案的可行性。改进布谷鸟搜索算法通过优化跳跃步骤和突变技术,提高了新解优化效率,减少了计算时间。改进算法还引入不同偏差情况下的更新公式,以增强搜索的全面性和精度。结果表明,ICSA在全局优化方案下,能耗及发电量优化效率均优于其他算法,在全局优化情况下,水电站系统整体能量提高,表明其更适用于协同优化梯级水电站。 To address the optimization challenge of cascade hydropower stations,an improved Cuckoo search algorithm(ICSA)model is proposed.A cascade system model composed of four hydropower stations is established,considering the inflow and outflow relationships of each station,to maximize the total power generation within 24 h.The objective function uses the total power generation of the four hydropower stations as the evaluation index.Feasibility of the scheme is ensured through constraints on the outflows,capacities,and generation parameters of the hydropower stations.The improved Cuckoo search algorithm enhances the optimization efficiency of new solutions and reduces computation time by optimizing the step size and mutation techniques.The improved algorithm also introduces update formulas under different deviation conditions to enhance the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the search.The results show that under the global optimization scheme,ICSA achieves better optimization efficiency for both energy consumption and power generation compared to other algorithms.Under global optimization conditions,the overall energy of the hydropower system is increased,indicating its greater suitability for the collaborative optimization of cascade hydropower stations.
