摘要
目的 探讨“互联网+护理服务”糖尿病延续护理服务模式在糖尿病延续护理服务中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年9月在右江民族医学院附属医院住院的2型糖尿病患者206例为研究对象,将2022年1—7月建立“互联网+护理服务”糖尿病延续护理服务模式前104例患者为对照组,2022年8月本院建立“互联网+护理服务”糖尿病延续护理服务模式,将2023年3—9月建立“互联网+护理服务”糖尿病延续护理服务模式后6个月102例糖尿病患者为观察组,对照组给予常规延伸护理服务,观察组在常规延伸护理服务基础上通过本院的“智慧医院”平台,开展“互联网+护理服务”糖尿病延续护理服务模式。比较两组患者血糖控制、自我管理依从性、满意度、生存质量等指标,将观察结果进行统计学处理。结果 观察组患者血糖控制、自我管理依从性、满意度(护士技术操作、健康教育、处理问题满意度)、生存质量(心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分)与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 “互联网+护理服务”糖尿病延续护理服务模式的构建,有利于促进糖尿病患者血糖达标,提高自我管理能力、满意度及生存质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet+nursing service"in diabetes extended care service.Methods A total of 206 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and 104 patients before the establishment of"Internet+nursing service"diabetes extended care service model from January to July 2022 were selected as the control group.In August 2022,the hospital established the"Internet+nursing service"diabetes extended care service model.Six months after the establishment of the"Internet+nursing service"diabetes extended care service model from March to September 2023,102 patients with diabetes were included in the observation group,and the control group was given routine extended care service.On the basis of routine extended care service,the observation group carried out the"Internet+nursing service"diabetes extended care service model through the"smart hospital"platform of our hospital.Blood glucose control,self-management compliance,satisfaction(nurses'technical operation,health education,satisfaction with problem handling),quality of life(psychological function,physical function,social function score)and other indicators were compared between the two groups,and the observation results were statistically processed.Results There were significant differences in blood glucose control,self-management compliance,satisfaction and quality of life between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of"Internet+nurs ing service"diabetes extended care s ervice model is conducive to promoting blood glucose standard of diabetes patients,improving self-managemen t ability,satisfaction and quality of life.
