基于数据动态监测的风电机组变桨后备电源健康诊断策略

Health Diagnosis Strategy for Blade Pitch Backup Power Supply in Wind Turbine Units based on Data Dynamic Monitoring

摘要 为了提升风电机组变桨后备电源的状态诊断的准确性,提出一种基于数据动态监测的变桨系统铅酸蓄电池健康诊断方法,制定了相应的变桨控制策略。示范应用表明:所提方法能准确诊断后备电源荷电状态,有效评估后备电源支撑收桨能力,提高风电机组在供电异常情况下的安全性。 In order to improve the state diagnosis accuracy of the blade pitch backup power supply in wind turbine units,a health diagnosis method is proposed for the lead-acid batteries in the blade pitch system based on data dynamic monitoring,and corresponding pitch control strategies are formulated.Demonstration application shows that the proposed method can accurately diagnose the charge state of the backup power supply,and effectively evaluate the ability of the backup power supply to support the retraction of the blades,therefore improving the safety of the wind turbine units under abnormal power supply conditions.
