摘要
对李旭成教授于临床中运用桔梗药对经验进行总结,包括桔梗配蝉蜕利咽清热、开宣肺气,桔梗配牛膝宣上导下、调气活血,桔梗配白芷宣肺排脓、祛腐生新,桔梗配葶苈子清肺泻火、利水消肿,桔梗配苇茎清肺解毒、止咳排脓。
This paper summarizes the experience of Professor LI Xucheng applying the herb pairs containing Platycodonis Radix.The herb pair Platycodonis Radix-Cicadae Periostracum clears heat to relieve throat disorder and ventilate the lung.The herb pair Platycodonis Radix-Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix regulates the upper and disperss the lower,regulates qi movement,and activates blood.Platycodonis Radix-Angelicae Dahuricae Radix ventilates the lung to expel pus and eliminates putridity to promote granulation.Platycodonis Radix-Descurainiae Semen/Lepidii Semen clears lung fire and alleviates edema.Platycodonis Radix-Phragmitis Rhizoma clears lung,removes toxin,relieves cough,and discharge pus.
