摘要
目的调查我国医疗机构大语言模型建设现状,为医疗大语言模型发展决策提供参考。方法通过文献研究法、实地调研法、成本分析法和专家咨询法,对我国医疗机构大语言模型应用及研发部署情况进行分析。结果当前我国大语言模型技术在医疗机构中的应用发展势头迅猛;应用场景局限于低风险场景;在文本生成领域凸显技术优势;院企合作为当前医疗大语言模型研发主要模式,不同研发部署模式成本差异大,运行成本高。结论对于我国医疗机构大语言模型建设,应当做好行业引导,高效利用资源;做好科研布局,加速转化应用;做好应用规范,及时适度监管;做好多元共治,促进良性发展。
Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of the construction of large language models in medical institutions in China,and provide reference for decision-making on the development of medical large language models.Methods Through literature research,field investigation,cost analysis,and expert consultation,the application and research and development and deployment of large language models in medical institutions in China were analyzed.Results The application and development of large language model technology in medical institutions in China is rapidly advancing;the application scenario is limited to low-risk scenarios;highlighting technological advantages in thefield of text generation;as the main mode of current medical model research and development,hospital enterprise cooperation has significant cost differences and high operating costs among different research and development deployment modes.Conclusion In response to the current situation of large language models construction in medical institutions in China,it is necessary to provide industry guidance and efficiently utilize resources;make a good scientific research layout and accelerate the transformation and application;establish application standards and conduct timely and moderate supervision;promote diversified governance and foster healthy development.
