LED铁路信号机自适应调光系统研究与设计

摘要 信号机作为铁路信号专业三大轨旁设备之一,承担着显示列车运行信号,保障行车安全的重任。针对小功率LED信号机因缺少调光系统,无法解决灯光颜色漂移,导致不能准确传达信号指令的问题,研究设计LED铁路信号机自适应调光系统。该设计基于格拉斯曼颜色混合定律、CIE标准色品坐标混合原理,以及RGBW混光和PWM调光方法。为确保该调光系统实施的可行性,调光电路按照LED铁路信号机现场控制方式,通过信号线缆连接信号显示和调光控制部分,可基于气象数据进行自适应调光。采用HPS350J型光谱色温照度计对颜色漂移及校正进行测试分析,结果显示:该调光系统不仅能满足铁路现场光强需求,还能通过调节占空比,克服颜色漂移给灯光显示带来的不利影响。 As one of the three outdoor railway signal equipment,the signal is responsible for displaying train operation signal and ensuring the safety of train operation.Due to the lack of a dimming system,low-power LED signal machines are unable to solve the problem of color drift in the light,which might lead to inaccurate transmission of railway signals.Therefore,the adaptive dimming system of railway LED signal is studied and designed,which is based on Glassman's law of color mixing,CIE standard color coordinate mixing principle,RGBW mixing and PWM dimming methods.To ensure the feasibility of its implementing the dimming system,its circuit is connected to the signal display and dimming control part via a signal cable in accordance with the field control mode of railway LED signals to enable adaptive dimming based on meteorological data.Finally,color drift and correction are tested and analyzed using an HPS350J type spectral color temperature illuminance meter.The results indicate that the adaptive dimming system not only satisfies the requirements of field light intensity for railway,but also effectively mitigates the adverse impact of color drift on light transmission via duty cycle adjustment.
