摘要
新时代习近平关于生态文明建设重要论述内容丰富,蕴含理论、现实、实践以及价值四维向度。从理论维度看,马克思、恩格斯有关“人—自然—社会”思想、中国共产党生态环境建设的实践经验和认识升华、习近平总书记对生态环境保护的一贯主张是新时代习近平关于生态文明建设重要论述的生成基础;从现实维度看,巩固中国共产党执政基础、坚持和发展中国特色社会主义以及维护人类文明的现实需要是习近平关于生态文明建设重要论述的动力源泉;从实践维度看,“谁来解决生态问题”“怎么样进行生态建设”,是习近平关于生态文明建设重要论述的具体措施;从价值维度看,在践行党初心使命的大视野下思考生态文明建设问题,是习近平总书记关注生态环境问题最鲜明的特点,也是习近平生态建设重要论述的价值指向。四维向度关联紧密,并有机统一于以习近平同志为核心的党中央解决生态环境问题的具体实践中,集中彰显了党中央为人民谋幸福的责任与担当。
Xi Jinping's important exposition on the construction of ecological civilization in the new era is rich in connotation and contains four dimensions:theory,reality,practice and value.From a theoretical perspective,the Marxist ecological outlook,the practical experience and understanding of the Communist Party of China,and Xi Jinping's consistent propositions are the basis for Xi Jinping's important exposition on the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.From a realistic perspective,the realistic needs of consolidating the ruling foundation of the Communist Party of China,adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,and safeguarding human civilization are the source of motivation for Xi Jinping's important exposition on the construction of ecological civilization.From a practical perspective,“who will solve ecological problems”and“how to carry out ecological construction”are the specific measures of Xi Jinping's important discussion on the construction of ecological civilization.From the perspective of value,thinking about the construction of ecological civilization from the perspective of fulfilling the Party's original intention of seeking happiness for the people and realizing the historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the most distinctive feature of Xi Jinping's attention to ecological and environmental issues,and it is also Xi Jinping's focus on the construction of ecological civilization and the value orientation of important discussions.The four dimensions are closely related and organically unified in the specific practice of the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core to solve ecological and environmental problems,which embodies the responsibility and commitment of the Party Central Committee to seek happiness for the people.
