探索四模块多层次食品专业耕读育人认知实习

摘要 专业认知实习是食品科学与工程专业的必修实践课。从深度融合耕读教育理念、完善专业认知实习评价体系、强化实践教学基地建设、组建“双师型”实践教师队伍、深化校企合作等方面入手,构筑四模块、多层次的耕读育人体系,总结在认知实习教学实践中如何培养学生解决问题能力、组织管理的能力,增强对专业的认同感和使命感,达成培养目标。 Professional cognitive internship is a compulsory practical course for food science and engineering majors.Start from the aspects of deeply integrating the concept of farming and reading education,improving the professional cognitive internship evaluation system,strengthening the construction of practical teaching bases,setting up a“double teacher”practical teacher team,and deepening school-enterprise cooperation.It builds a four-module and multi-level farming and education system,and summarizes how to cultivate students'problem-solving ability,organizational management ability in cognitive practice teaching practice,to enhance their sense of professional identity and mission,and to achieve training goals.
