摘要
通过对超声检查出脂肪肝的出入境人员结果分析,了解出境人员和入境人员脂肪肝的患病率差异性,以及男性和女性脂肪肝患病率的差异性。2023年4月-2023年10月杭州国际旅行卫生保健中心12441名出入境体检人员,超声检查出脂肪肝患者1508人次,对检出人员的类别及性别分别进行分析,结果发现出入境人员脂肪肝的总患病率为12.1%。入境人员总体检人数7011人,检出脂肪肝883人,患病率12.6%,其中男性4057人,检出脂肪肝713人,患病率17.6%,女性2954人,检出脂肪肝170人,患病率5.8%。出境人员总体检人数5430人,检出脂肪肝625人,患病率11.5%,其中男性3038人,检出脂肪肝559人,患病率18.4%,女性2392人,检出脂肪肝66人,患病率2.8%。入境人员总的脂肪肝患病率高于出境人员,差异有统计学意义。男性出入境人员脂肪肝的患病率明显大于女性,差异有统计学意义。女性入境人员脂肪肝的患病率明显高于女性出境人员,差异有统计学意义。男性入境人员与出境人员脂肪肝的患病率差异没有统计学意义。
Through the analysis of the results from the ultrasonic examination of fatty liver,to understand the differ-ences of fatty liver between entry and exit people,as well as the differences between men and women.From April to October 2023,there were 12441 entry-exit people taking physical examination in Hangzhou International Travel and Healthcare Center,indicating 1508 patients with fatty liver,and classifying the gender and the entry-exit group to analyze.The total prevalence rate of fatty liver among all entry-exit people is 12.1%.On one hand,the en-try personnel are 7011,883 detected with fatty liver,with a prevalence rate of 12.6%.Among all these 7011 people,there are 4057 men,detected with fatty liver,and a prevalence rate is 17.6%;2954 are women,170 with fatty liver occupied 5.8%.On the other hand,the total number of exit personnel is 5430,and 625 people are fatty liver disease,with prevalence rate of 11.5%.There are 3038 men,559 people with fatty liver,with 18.4%preva-lence rate;there are 2392 women,with 66 fatty liver,occupying 2.8%.The total fatty liver prevalence rate among entry personnel is higher than that of exit personnel,and the difference is statistically significant.The prevalence of fatty liver among exit personnel group,men with fatty live are significantly higher than women,and the difference is statistically significant.The prevalence of fatty liver among entry female group is significantly higher than that of exit female group,and the difference is statistically significant.The difference in the prevalence of fatty liver be-tween entry male group and those who exit the country does not have statistical significance.
