摘要
聚能管水压爆破技术结合了传统线性聚能爆破与水压爆破的优势,实现了技术的融合与提升。文章阐述了聚能水压光面爆破技术的应用原理及意义,将某段存在岩爆风险的铁路隧道的III级围岩作为试验对象,对常规爆破和聚能水压光面爆破进行对比研究,重点分析了两种技术的爆破效果、施工效率及经济效益等。研究结果表明,聚能管水压爆破技术具有工艺简单、提高炸药利用率、减小对周边岩石破坏和扰动、提高施工效率及防止岩爆等优点,带来了显著的社会效益和经济效益。
The energy gathering tube water pressure blasting technology combines the advantages of traditional linear energy gathering blasting and water pressure blasting,achieving the integration and improvement of technology.The article elaborates on the application principle and significance of the energy gathering water pressure smooth blasting technology.The third level surrounding rock of a railway tunnel with rock burst risk is taken as the experimental object,and a comparative study is conducted between conventional blasting and energy gathering water pressure smooth blasting.The blasting effect,construction efficiency,and economic benefits of the two technologies are analyzed in detail.The research results indicate that the water pressure blasting technology of energy gathering tube has the advantages of simple process,improved explosive utilization rate,reduced damage and disturbance to surrounding rocks,improved construction efficiency,and prevention of rock burst,bringing significant social and economic benefits.
