摘要
为分析红松全同胞家系在不同树龄时生长性状的差异性,揭示其遗传变异规律,以1988年营建的44个红松初级种子园全同胞家系为研究对象,分别于28、30、34 a生时调查树高、胸径和结实量等,通过早晚相关性分析,选择出速生稳定的优良家系。结果显示:(1)红松家系的树高、胸径和材积在不同年龄间存在极显著差异,并且随着树龄的增长,生长速率减缓。(2)28、30、34 a时生胸径的家系遗传力分别为0.78、0.76、0.61,树高的家系遗传力为0.51、0.54、0.41,材积的家系遗传力为0.79、0.79、0.59,均受到较强的遗传控制。(3)不同年龄的红松家系生长性状存在着丰富的变异,表型变异系数均高于遗传变异系数,并且随着年龄的增长,表型变异以及遗传变异效应均减小。此外,34 a生与28 a生、30 a生时的树高、胸径和材积的表型相关系数在0.74~0.97之间,遗传相关系数在0.98~5.54之间,均存在较强的早晚相关性。(4)采用独立挑选法筛选出速生稳定的6个优良家系,在28、30、34 a生时的平均现实增益分别为20.19%、17.78%、13.94%,平均遗传增益分别为15.75%、13.33%、8.51%。基于生长性状的遗传分析对红松全同胞子代进行选择能获得较好的遗传增益,可为红松的遗传改良选出较好的遗传材料,推进区域内红松种子园的升级换代。
In order to analyze the genetic variation of Pinus koraiensis at different ages,and to reveal the change rule of genetic variation 44 full-sib families of P.koraiensis families were selected as the research subjects in a primary seed orchard established in 1988,and the growth indexes such as tree height,DBH and volume were investigated at 28,30 and 34 years of age,respectively by analyzing the correlation between different ages,select fast-growing and stable excellent families.The results of variance analysis showed that there were significant differences in tree height,DBH and volume among all sibs of P.koraiensis at different ages,and the growth rate slowed down at the late mature stage.The results of family heritability showed that the family heritability of 28,30,34 years old babies was 0.78,0.76,0.61,tree height family heritability was 0.51,0.54,0.41,tree volume family heritability was 0.79,0.79,0.59,subject to strong genetic control.Rich variation in growth traits among families of P.koraiensis with different ages,phenotypic variation coefficients higher than genetic variation coefficients.As age increases,both phenotypic variation and genetic variation effects decrease.In addition,the phenotypic correlation coefficients of tree height,DBH,and volume at 34,28 and 30 years ranged from 0.74 to 0.97,and the genetic correlation coefficients ranged from 0.98 to 5.54,indicating strong correlations between different tree ages.6 excellent families with rapid and stable growth were selected using independent selection method.The average practical gains at 28,30,and 34 years were 20.19%,17.78%,and 13.94%,respectively,and the average genetic gains were 15.75%,13.33%,and 8.51%,respectively.Genetic analysis based on growth traits can achieve better genetic gain in selecting the full-sib offspring of P.koraiensis,which can select better genetic materials for genetic improvement of P.koraiensis and promote the upgrading and replacement of P.koraiensis seed orchards in the region.
