摘要
建立了一种密封胶产品中邻苯二甲酸酯的分析方法,采用超声辅助萃取与GCMS定量分析。经过条件优化,选择正己烷作为萃取溶剂,30 min为最佳萃取时间。该方法线性良好,相关系数达到0.9970以上;检出限为2.8~3.9 mg/kg,测定下限为11.2~15.6 mg/kg。在两个添加水平下,对聚醚胶样品的加标回收率为86.67%~114.54%,RSD为2.0%~9.6%;对硅酮胶样品的加标回收率为85.33%~119.55%,RSD为1.6%~5.5%。结果表明,该方法适用于密封胶中邻苯二甲酸酯含量的管控。
An analytical method for determining phthalates in sealant products is established,utilizing ultrasonic-assisted extraction and GCMS quantitative analysis.After optimizing the conditions,n-hexane is selected as the extraction solvent,with 30 minutes being the optimal extraction time.The method exhibited good linearity,with a correlation coefficient exceeding 0.9970.The detection limit ranges from 2.8 to 3.9 mg/kg,and the lower detect limit is 11.2 to 15.6 mg/kg.At two different addition levels,the adding standard recovery rates for polyether sealant samples range from 86.67%to 114.54%,with a relative standard deviation(RSD)of 2.0%to 9.6%.For silicone sealant samples,the recovery rates are between 85.33%and 119.55%,with an RSD of 1.6%to 5.5%.The results indicate that this method is suitable for the control of phthalate content in sealants.
