摘要
随着铁路货车载重及运营速度的提高,车辆所受的振动载荷条件产生了较大变化,在降低车辆自重、增加载重,提高运营速度的同时,如何均衡车辆轻量化设计与车辆结构振动失效之间的矛盾,是产品开发过程中亟待解决的难题。文章介绍了铁路货车疲劳与振动试验台的组成及工作原理,提出了一种整车振动试验方法,并将该试验方法应用于某型平车的研制过程中,获取了该车辆的运行平稳性指标、整车自振特性参数,为评估该车辆振动性能提供了有效的数据支撑。
With the increase in the loading and operating speed of railway freight cars,the vibration load conditions of vehicles have changed greatly.While reducing the weight of vehicles,increasing the load and the operating speed,how to balance the contradiction between the lightweight of the vehicle and the vibration failure of the vehicle structure is a difficult problem that needs to be solved in the process of product development.This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the fatigue and vibration test bed for railway freight cars,puts forward a whole vehicle vibration test method,and applies this test method to the development of a certain flat car,and obtains the running stability index and the natural vibration characteristic parameters of the whole vehicle,which provides effective data support for evaluating the vibration performance of the vehicle.
