摘要
目的:观察罗浮山风湿膏药联合温针灸治疗肩周炎患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月武汉市蔡甸区人民医院收治的70例肩周炎患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组各35例。对照组给予温针灸治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合罗浮山风湿膏药治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后肩关节功能(Constant-Murley肩关节功能量表)评分、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的74.29%(26/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组疼痛、活动度、肌力、日常生活活动等肩关节功能评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-1β水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:罗浮山风湿膏药联合温针灸治疗肩周炎患者可提高临床疗效和肩关节功能,减轻疼痛程度,降低炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯温针灸治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Luofushan rheumatism plaster combined with warm acupuncture in treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to Caidian District People’s Hospital of Wuhan from January 2022 to January 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture,while the study group was treated with Luofushan rheumatism plaster on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the shoulder function(Constant-Murley shoulder function scale)score,the pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]score,the inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 74.29%(26/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of shoulder joint function such as pain,range of motion,muscle strength and activities of daily living in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-1βin the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Luofushan rheumatism plaster combined with warm acupuncture can improve the clinical efficacy and the shoulder joint function,reduce the degree of pain and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in the patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Moreover,it is superior to simple warm acupuncture treatment.
