摘要
人类社会现代化的历史实践最早发端于西方。现代性是对现代化的本质属性及其表现形态的哲学反思和理论表达,表征着对传统社会各方面的历史性超越。现代性是“现代社会或工业文明的缩略语”,并非是“抽象的普遍性”,而具有鲜明的现实性与历史性指向。伴随着数智技术的深入发展,哈特穆特·罗萨以“加速”重新指认现代性,“加速现代性”成为现代性的时代表征。加速逻辑联袂资本逻辑,从时间和空间上不断重塑和颠覆着现代性本身,但同时引发了时间的贫困、经验的缺失、人与周遭世界的脱节等潜在危机。中国式现代化将物的现代化与人的现代化有机统一起来,始终坚持以人民为中心,旨在有效应对、破解、超越资本主义的现代性悖论,冲破资本逻辑和加速逻辑的藩篱,为加速现代性设置合理边界。这成为中国式现代化的生成逻辑,也是建构崭新现代性的基础与核心。中国式现代化有效破解了西方现代化关于“人屈从于物”的工具理性对价值理性的宰制,并有力地回击了“现代化即西方化”的谬论,促进了人自由而全面的发展,开辟了人类文明新形态。
The historical practice of modernization originated in the West.Modernity is a philosophical reflection and theoretical expression of the essential attributes and forms of modernization,representing the comprehensive transformation of traditional society across all dimensions.Modernity refers to“modern society or industrial civilization,”not an“abstract universality,”but rather embodies clear reality and historical direction.With the advancement of digital intelligence technology,Hartmut Rosa redefined modernity through the lens of“acceleration.”The concept of“accelerating modernity”has become emblematic of modernity.The logic of acceleration,intertwined with the logic of capital,continuously reshapes and redefines modernity in both temporal and spatial dimensions.However,this also leads to potential crises such as time scarcity,experiential deprivation,and disconnection from the surrounding world.Chinese modernization integrates material and human modernization organically,consistently adhering to a people-centered approach.It aims to effectively address,resolve,and transcend the paradoxes of capitalist modernity,breaking through the constraints imposed by the logics of capital and acceleration,thus setting reasonable boundaries for accelerating modernity.This constitutes the foundational logic underpinning Chinese modernization and serves as the core framework for constructing a new form of modernity.Chinese modernization has successfully challenged the dominance of instrumental rationality over value rationality inherent in Western modernization,countering the misconception that“modernization equals Westernization.”It promotes the free and comprehensive development of individuals and paves the way for a new model for human progress.
