摘要
建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中VA、VD_(3)、VK_(2)、VE和β-胡萝卜素含量。结果表明,5种脂溶性维生素在1~800 ng/mL质量浓度范围内的线性关系良好。高、中、低3个加标水平下的平均加标回收率为92.0%~108.0%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~2.6%。该方法的定量限为12.5~125μg/100 g,样品前处理步骤简单,定量分析灵敏度高,检测结果准确性和精密度良好。
A method was developed for simultaneous measurement of the levels of vitamins A,D_(3),K_(2),E,andβ-carotene in infant formula milk powder using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The calibration curves for the five fat-soluble vitamins showed good linearity within the concentration range of 1–800 ng/mL.The average recoveries at three spiked levels were between 92.0%and 108.0%with relative standard deviations(RSDs)ranging from 0.4%to 2.6%.The limits of quantification(LOQs)of this method were 12.5–125μg/100 g.The proposed method was characterized by simple sample pre-treatment,high quantitative sensitivity,and good accuracy and precision.
