摘要
目前航天发射场等核心区域发生干扰事件时,由人携带测向定位设备进行测向定位查处,自动化程度低且缺乏有效的预防处置手段。以海南商业航天发射场作为核心用频区域代表,研判其周边潜在的典型电磁安全威胁,提出基于观察(Observe)、判断(Orient)、决策(Decide)和行动(Act)(OODA环)构建集“频谱感知-态势分析-评估告警-风险处置”于一体的自主运行的电磁安全防护系统,实现区域内电磁环境安全的全时自动控制。设置不同场景开展功能测试和验证,结果表明,系统具有对潜在电磁安全威胁的预警能力,能在1 min内发现电磁干扰事件,在30 min内采取有效处置措施,可快速高效处置核心区域的电磁干扰事件,对民用电磁安全防护具有极大的借鉴意义。
At present,when electromagnetic interference events occur in the core areas such as the space launch site,the direction finding and positioning equipment is carried to solve the problem,which has a low degree of automation and lacks effective means of prevention and disposal.Taking the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site as a research object for core frequency areas,the potential typical electromagnetic security threats around them are analyzed and identified,then an autonomous electromagnetic security protection system which integrates spectrum sensing,situation analysis,assessment warning and risk handling is proposed based on Observe,Orient,Decide and Act(OODA loop)to achieve full-time autonomous control of the security of electromagnetic environment in the region.Functional testing and verification are conducted in different scenarios,and the results show the system has the ability to warn potential electromagnetic security threats.It can detect the electromagnetic interference events within 1 minute and take effective disposal measures within 30 minutes.It can handle the electromagnetic interference events occurred in the core areas quickly and more efficiently,and has great reference and application value for civil electromagnetic security protection.
