X地区库塘湿地水体理化性质分析

Analysis of the physical and chemical properties of the reservoir and pond wetland in X region

摘要 为探究X地区库塘湿地水质质量,对小型库塘样本水质进行氧化还原电位(ORP)、化学需氧量(COD)和总磷(TP)等理化因子特征及相关性分析,并对其水质进行了评价。理化因子特征分析表明,高锰酸盐指数(COD_(Mn))值总体偏高;个别样点的COD值较高,出现水体富营养化;大多数样点的总氮(TN)浓度超出国家Ⅴ类水标准;几乎不存在氨氮和磷污染问题。相关性分析表明,库塘水体的ORP与TP、COD_(Mn)呈显著负相关(P<0.05);浊度与p H呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与COD、氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);溶解氧(DO)与TN呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);p H与COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与TP呈显著负相关(P<0.05);COD与NH_(4)^(+)-N、TP、COD_(Mn)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),TP与COD_(Mn)呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。单指数评价结果表明,库塘样本水质在COD方面均达到Ⅲ类及以上标准,NH_(4)^(+)-N和TP达到了Ⅱ类及以上标准,TN达到了Ⅴ类及以上标准,COD_(Mn)达到了Ⅳ类及以上标准。综合评价结果显示,PM水源涵养地、DY湖和PY湖的水质为Ⅳ类,TX湖为Ⅴ类,F湖则达到了Ⅲ类。研究结果可为X地区小型库塘水体管理提供参考。 To investigate the water quality of the reservoir and pond wetlands in the X region,the physicochemical characteristics of water samples from small reservoirs and ponds,such as oxidation-reduction potential (ORP),chemical oxygen demand (COD),and total phosphorus (TP) were analyzed,along with their correlations,and the water quality was evaluated.The analysis of physicochemical characteristics showed that the permanganate index (COD_(Mn)) values were generally high;some samples had high COD values,indicating eutrophication;the total nitrogen (TN) concentration in most samples exceeded the national Class V water standard;there were almost no issues with ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus pollution.The correlation analysis indicated that the ORP of the reservoir and pond water was significantly negatively correlated with TP and COD_(Mn) (P<0.05);turbidity was highly significantly negatively correlated with p H (P<0.01) and highly significantly positively correlated with COD and ammonia nitrogen (NH_(4)^(+)-N)(P<0.01);dissolved oxygen (DO) was highly significantly negatively correlated with TN (P<0.01);p H was highly significantly negatively correlated with COD and NH_(4)^(+)-N (P<0.01) and significantly negatively correlated with TP (P<0.05);COD was highly significantly positively correlated with NH_(4)^(+)-N,TP,and COD_(Mn) (P<0.01),and TP was highly significantly positively correlated with COD_(Mn) (P<0.01).The single-index evaluation results showed that the water quality of the reservoir and pond samples met or exceeded classⅢstandards for COD,classⅡor above standards for NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP,classⅤor above standards for TN,class IV or above standards for COD_(Mn).The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the water quality of the PM water source conservation area,DY Lake,and PY Lake was classⅣ,TX Lake was classⅤ,and F Lake reached classⅢ.The research results can provide a reference for the management of small reservoir and pond water bodies in the X region.
