摘要
在全球化与信息化深度融合的时代背景下,国家安全面临着更多新型复杂的问题与挑战,强化国家安全建设成为应对当前安全局势的战略举措。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,建构贺龙军事体育思想的主要内容,探究总体国家安全观视域下贺龙军事体育思想的当代价值。研究发现:贺龙军事体育思想主要包含“全民练兵、同心敌忾”“军民融合、服务国防”“以体为媒、凝聚认同”3个方面的内容。新时代,在总体国家安全观新形势下,贺龙军事体育思想对国家安全建设具有以“全民练兵,保家卫国”防范传统安全、以“强身御侮,全民国防”化解非传统安全、以“居安思危,强化观念”提升国家安全意识的当代价值。创造性转化和创新性发展贺龙军事体育思想,对推动总体国家安全建设及实现中华民族伟大复兴具有深远意义。
In the age of the deep integration of globalization and informatization,national security is faced with more novel and complex problems and challenges.Strengthening national security construction has become a strategic measure to cope with the current security situation.We used literature research method and logical analysis to construct the main content of He Long's military sports thought and explore its contemporary value from the perspective of the overall national security concept.The study concludes that He Long's military sports thought mainly encompasses three aspects:“mass military training and unite against the enemy”,“integration of military and civilians to serve national defense”,and“sports as a medium to foster identity”.In the new era,with a holistic approach to national security,He Long's military sports thought holds contemporary values in mass military training to safeguard the country and protect the homeland against traditional security threats,in enhancing national defense awareness and physical fitness to counter non-traditional security risks,and in fostering a sense of vigilance in times of peace and strenghtening national security consciousness.The creative transformation and innovative development of He Long's military sports thought are of profound significance for promoting a holistic approach to national security and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
