摘要
分子管理是解决炼油领域分离过程中耗能高、损耗大等问题的关键技术。文章主要阐述了分子管理的概念及发展,提出分子分析、分子转化、分子评估的分析管理在炼油分离技术应用的实施步骤及流程,从分子管理核心技术、分子管理信息系统以及分子管理工艺技术三个方面具体分析分子管理在炼油领域分离技术中的应用,并且论述了分子管理在炼油领域分离技术中的发展趋势。
Molecular management is a key technology to solve the problems of high energy consumption and large loss in the separation process of oil refining.This paper mainly describes the concept and development of molecular management,puts forward the implementation steps and processes of molecular analysis,molecular transformation and molecular evaluation in the application of oil refining separation technology,and analyzes the application of molecular management in the field of oil refining separation technology from three aspects:molecular management core technology,molecular management information system and molecular management technology.The development trend of molecular management in oil refining separation technology is discussed.
