高频超声在肩袖撕裂诊断中的临床价值研究

摘要 目的:分析高频超声在肩袖撕裂诊断中的应用意义。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年10月阳江市中医医院收治的60例疑似肩袖撕裂患者作为研究对象,实施磁共振诊断与高频超声诊断,以磁共振诊断为标准评价高频超声的诊断效能。结果:磁共振诊断显示,60例患者中有38例患者为肩袖撕裂,22例阴性;高频超声显示有38例为肩袖撕裂,22例为阴性,磁共振诊断的灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均与高频超声诊断比较,差异均无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.054、2.095、2.054、2.095,P>0.05);高频超声与磁共振诊断的撕裂口检出信息比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且高频超声的诊断耗时明显低于磁共振,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肩袖撕裂诊断中,应用高频超声可获得较高的诊断准确度,其诊断效能与金标准接近,且诊断操作简单、效率较高。 Objective:To analyze the significance of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of rotator cuff tears.Methods:A total of 60 patients with suspected rotator cuff tears who received treatment in the hospital from August 2022 to October 2023 were selected as observation subjects.All patients underwent magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis.MRI was used as the standard to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of high-frequency ultrasound.Results:According to MRI diagnosis,38 out of 60 patients had rotator cuff tears,and 22 were negative.High-frequency ultrasound showed 38 cases of rotator cuff tears and 22 cases were negative.There were no significant differences in sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value between MRI diagnosis and high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis(χ^(2)=2.054,2.095,2.054,2.095;P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection of tear information between high-frequency ultrasound and MRI diagnosis(P>0.05).The diagnostic time of high-frequency ultrasound was significantly lower than that of MRI(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of rotator cuff tears,the application of high-frequency ultrasound can achieve high diagnostic accuracy,which is close to the diagnostic efficacy of the gold standard.Additionally,it has simple diagnostic operation,high efficiency,and high application value.
