摘要
研究采用控制变量法系统地分析了影响砂浆质量的关键因素。研究结果表明,砂浆的抗压强度、流动性和保水性主要受原材料品质、配合比、搅拌时间以及环境湿度的影响,通过严格控制上述变量,可显著提高砂浆的质量和性能。研究也为施工现场自拌砂浆质量提供了生产思路,提高工程质量可为工程提供理论基础和实践指导。
The study systematically analyzed the key factors affecting mortar quality using the controlled variable method.The research results indicate that the compressive strength,flowability,and water retention of mortar are mainly affected by the quality of raw materials,mix proportion,mixing time,and environmental humidity.By strictly controlling these variables,the quality and performance of mortar can be significantly improved.The research also provides production ideas for the quality of self mixed mortar on construction sites,and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving engineering quality.
