复合添加剂在畜禽养殖中的应用研究进展

摘要 基于抗生素在饲料中的禁用,无抗饲料作为一种“禁抗”后的应对措施,已广泛应用于畜牧养殖行业。寻找无毒副作用、促生长效果良好的绿色无公害的抗生素替代品也变得愈加重要。然而,生产中发现单一添加剂的使用存在一定的局限性,不足以完全满足生产上的多种需求,因此,复合饲料添加剂的地位日益突出。本文简要概括了三种添加剂,绿原酸、地衣芽孢杆菌和葡萄糖氧化酶的生物学功能,并总结了其在肉鸡中的研究概况及其分别与其他添加剂联合添加对养殖动物生长性能、抗氧化及肠道健康的影响,旨在为创制复合新型抗生素替代品提供参考,以便进一步推动绿色无抗复合饲料添加剂的开发。 Based on the prohibition of antibiotics in feed,antibiotic-free feed has been widely used in animal husbandry industry as a countermeasure after antibiotic prohibition.It is also important to find green and pollution-free alternatives to antibiotics that have no toxic side effects and good growth promotion effects.However,there are some limitations in the use of single additives in production,which is not enough to fully meet the various needs in production.Therefore,the position of compound feed additives is becoming increasingly prominent.This research briefly summarized the biological functions of three additives,chlorogenic acid,Bacillus licheniformis and glucose oxidase,and summarized their research situation in broilers and their effects on growth performance,antioxidant and intestinal health of cultured animals when combined with other additives.The aim of this paper was to provide a reference for the creation of new compound antibiotic substitutes,so as to further promote the development of green and antibiotic-free compound feed additives.
