摘要
目的探究中药保肺益气丸对肺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2023年9月乐平市中医医院诊治的肺癌患者100例,根据随机数字表法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予多西他赛联合顺铂治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上服用保肺益气丸治疗,两组患者均治疗3个化疗周期。比较两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量、体质量变化、免疫功能、不良反应。结果实验组患者的总缓解率显著高于对照组(χ^(2)=14.620,P<0.001)。治疗后,实验组患者的卡氏功能状态评分及体质量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均显著高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者的消化道反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的肾功能和肝功能异常发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保肺益气丸能有效改善肺癌患者的免疫功能,提升其生活质量,减轻化疗的不良反应,一定程度上缓解病情,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Baofei Yiqi pill on immune function of patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with lung cancer diagnosed and treated in Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to September 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with docetaxel combined with cisplatin,and the experimental group was treated with Baofei Yiqi pill on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated with 3 cycles of chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy,quality of life,changes in weight,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total response rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(χ^(2)=14.620,P<0.001).After treatment,the Karnofsky performance status score and weight of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)was significantly lower than than in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of abnormal renal function and liver function between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Baofei Yiqi pill can effectively improve the immune function of patients with lung cancer,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy,and alleviate the disease of patients to a certain extent,which is worthy of promotion and application.
