摘要
为解决矿井第五含水层水害威胁,对该含水层水文地质条件和水害模式进行分析,决定采用帷幕注浆+疏干开采的治理方法。为了进一步提高帷幕注浆效果,结合钻进、注浆工艺和施工条件,开展设备选型和钻井施工工艺、下管工艺、固管技术及轨迹控制关键技术研究,并开展了现场工程验证,形成一套适用于某煤矿的帷幕注浆钻井装备及关键技术。实践表明,该技术安全可靠,能够提高钻注效率,施工工艺满足设计需要,能够在相似水文地质条件矿井进行推广。
In order to solve the threat of water damage caused by the fifth aquifer in the mine,the hydrogeological conditions and water damage mode of the aquifer were analyzed,and the treatment method of curtain grouting+dewatering mining was decided to be adopted.In order to further improve the effect of curtain grouting,combined with drilling,grouting technology and construction conditions,the research on equipment selection,drilling construction technology,pipe down technology,pipe fixing technology and key technologies of trajectory control were carried out.Field engineering verification was carried out to form a set of curtain grouting drilling equipment and key technologies suitable for a certain coal mine.The practices show that the technology is safe and reliable,can improve the drilling and grouting efficiency,the construction process meets the design needs,and the technology can be popularized in mines with similar hydrogeological conditions.
