摘要
目的基于数据挖掘技术总结中医药治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的组方特点和用药规律。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库及Pubmed,搜集中药复方治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的文献并提取数据。采用Microsoft Excel 2019建立数据库,应用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0和SPSS Statistics 25.0软件进行数据分析。结果共获得组方148首,包括155味中药,累计出现频次1724次,治疗周期主要集中在4周和6周。对治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的中药进行统计分析,前3味高频中药分别是茯苓、甘草、酸枣仁。在药味统计中,以甘味、苦味、辛味药物为主;在药性统计中,寒性药出现频次最高;在归经统计中,出现频次较高的分别是肝经、肺经和心经。对前20味中药进行关联规则和聚类分析,远志-茯苓、龙骨-牡蛎相配伍应用的支持度较高,聚类分析形成了4个组合。结论中药复方治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的药物以补虚药、清热药和理气药为主,涉及补益气血、疏肝解郁、宁心安神、清热泻火等治法,核心中药为茯苓、酸枣仁、远志、龙骨、牡蛎等。研究归纳出中药治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的用药组方规律,旨在为治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的临床辨证论治、遣方用药提供理论支撑。
Objective This study summarized the prescription characteristics and medication rules of Chinese medicine in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder based on data mining technology.Methods Literature was collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang data,VIP database,China biomedical literature database and Pubmed,and data on the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder with TCM compound was extracted.Microsoft Excel 2019 was used to establish the database and IBM SPSS Modeler(version 18.0)and SPSS Statistics(version 25.0)were used for data analysis.Results A total of 148 prescriptions were obtained,including 155 traditional Chinese medicines,and the accumulative frequency was 1724 times.The treatment cycles were mainly concentrated in 4 weeks and 6 weeks.The top 3 high frequency Chinese medicines were poria cocos,glycyrrhiza and Suanjujube seed.Sweet,bitter and sinuous drugs were the main drugs in terms of drug taste,and cold drugs appeared most frequently in terms of drug properties.Liver meridian,lung meridian and heart meridian appeared more frequently in terms of meridian normalization.Association rules and cluster analysis were carried out on the top 20 traditional Chinese medicines,and the compatibility application of Radix polygalae-poria cocos and keel-oyster was highly supported,and cluster analysis formed 4 combinations.Conclusion TCM compound drugs for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder are mainly deficiency tonic,heat clearing and qi regulating drugs,involving the tonifying qi and blood,soothing the liver and relieving depression,calming the heart and calming the mind,clearing heat and reducing fire,etc.The core Chinese medicines are poria,Suanjujube kernel,radix polygonae,keel,oyster,etc.This study summarized the prescription prescription rules of Chinese medicine for generalized anxiety disorder to provide theoretical support for clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation and prescription dispensing.
