一种基于revit的BIM构件分类编码新方法与BIM在建筑全生命周期的应用

摘要 针对建筑领域构件分类编码方法不可实施性、争议性,成果固化、实用性、开源性不足,延续性使用价值少等问题,设计开发一种基于revit的BIM构件分类编码新方法。研究分析了造成现行构件分类编码共性问题原因,如未对分类编码工作合理科学简化、尝试数字化的构件分类编码影响因子本身不具有可数字化的特质、编码工作未真正弄清建筑全生命周期的起点等,并提出了将构件分类编码拆分为自由编码、固定编码的解决方案。通对构件分类编码新方法在工程造价细分领域的具体实施应用,验证构件分类编码新方法的可行性,并可进一步将其延伸至整个建筑业全生命周期应用。 In view of the existing methods of component classification and coding in the field of construction,the work is unimplementable and controversial,the results is solidification,the practical open source is not enough,the continuity has little value.A new classification and coding method of BIM components based on revit is designed and developed.The new method analyzes the causes of common problems in current component classification and coding,such as the classification and coding work is not reasonably and scientifically simplified,the component classification and coding impact factor itself does not have the characteristic of digitization,classification,and coding doesn't really understand the starting point of a building's full life cycle.In this paper,a solution is proposed to split component classification and coding into free coding and fixed coding.By describing the concrete implementation steps of the new method of component classification and coding in the field of engineering cost subdivision,the feasibility of the new method of component classification and coding is verified,which is further extended to the whole life cycle of the entire construction industry.
