江苏淮北地区抗除草剂水稻品种筛选及其性状分析

Screening and Characteristic of Herbicide-Resistant Rice Varieties in the Huaibei Region of Jiangsu Province

摘要 为筛选出适合淮北地区种植、对咪唑啉酮类除草剂甲氧咪草烟耐受能力强、稳产性能优且综合性状突出的抗除草剂水稻品种,采用间比法,于2023年在江苏省连云港市水稻田中进行杂草防除试验。选用润稻303、金稻667、日稻1号、连粳166、连粳405、润农17、紫金糯1号、淮粳糯20、丰稻4号、瑞粳688、润农802、金粳616、津稻565、华粳2022、润农4号,以及对照品种华粳5号和金粳818,并将其设置为抗除草剂品种常规筛选(未采用茎叶处理操作)和喷药筛选(喷施甲氧咪草烟)2组处理。结果显示,喷施180 mL/667 m^(2)甲氧咪草烟后,所有抗除草剂水稻品种均未出现严重药害。喷施甲氧咪草烟后的水稻平均株高降低3.3 cm,平均高峰苗增加2.5万株/667 m^(2),平均成穗数增加1.3万穗/667 m^(2),同时穗粒数减少3.8粒/穗。在参试品种中,润农4号、瑞粳688和润稻303表现出较强的综合优势,且稳产性能较好。这3个品种在喷药处理下仍能保持较高且优于对照品种的产量水平,且生育期相对较早。其中,润农4号和瑞粳688的株型和穗层整齐,瑞粳688的抗病性较好,润稻303则具有较高的抗倒性和综合抗逆性。 In order to screen out herbicide-resistant rice varieties that are suitable for cultivation in the Huaibei region,a weed control experiment was conducted in rice fields of Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province in 2023 using the inter-row comparison method.The herbicide-resistant rice varieties have strong tolerance to the imidazolinone herbicide imazamox,exhibit excellent stable yield performance,and possess outstanding comprehensive traits,included Runrice 303,Jindao 667,Ridao 1,Lianjing 166,Lianjing 405,Runnong 17,Zijin Nuo 1,Huaijing Nuo 20,Fengdao 4,Ruijing 688,Runnong 802,Jinjing 616,Jindao 565,Huajing 2022,and Runnong 4,along with the control varieties Huajing 5 and Jinjing 818.These varieties were divided into two groups for treatment:conventional screening of herbicide-resistant varieties(without foliar application)and screening with herbicide application(spraying with methoxyimidazolinone).The results showed that after spraying 180 mL/667 m^(2) of imazamox,none of the herbicide-resistant rice varieties experienced severe phytotoxicity.Following the herbicide application,the average plant height of the rice decreased by 3.3 cm,the average peak seedling density increased by 25000 seedlings/667 m^(2),and the average number of panicles increased by 13000 panicles/667 m^(2),while the number of grains per panicle decreased by 3.8 grains/panicle.Among the tested varieties,Runnong 4,Ruijing 688,and Runrice 303 demonstrated strong comprehensive advantages and good yield stability.These three varieties maintained high yield levels that were superior to the control varieties even under herbicide application,and they also had relatively earlier growth periods.Specifically,Runnong 4 and Ruijing 688 exhibited uniform plant type and panicle layer,Ruijing 688 had good disease resistance,and Runrice 303 had high lodging resistance and comprehensive stress resistance.
