摘要
以2573型圆振动弛张筛为例,介绍一种基于有限元分析的选煤厂圆振动弛张筛动力学分析方法。通过该方法进行动力学分析时,先以圆振动弛张筛结果参数、材料特性等为依据,由ADAMS软件自动构建出弛张筛有限元模型,之后以此为基础,分别对弛张筛静力学特性、模态特性及谐响应特性进行分析,以准确了解弛张筛结构动力学特点,寻找出弛张筛结构中存在的缺陷,以此为弛张筛结构优化提供支持,确保圆振动弛张筛在选煤厂作业中发挥出更大的作用。
Taking model 2573 circular vibration relaxation screen as an example,a dynamic analysis method of circular vibration relaxation screen in coal preparation plant based on finite element analysis is introduced.When the dynamic analysis is carried out by this method,the finite element model of the sag screen is built automatically by ADAMS software based on the result parameters of the circular vibration sag screen and material properties,etc.Then,the static characteristics,modal characteristics and harmonic response characteristics of the sag screen are analyzed respectively on this basis,so as to accurately understand the dynamic characteristics of the sag screen structure.To find out the defects in the structure of the sag screen,and to provide support for the optimization of the sag screen structure,to ensure that the circular vibration sag screen plays a greater role in the operation of coal preparation plant.
