商用车电控气压继动阀的建模与分析

摘要 为解决商用车传统气压制动系统响应速度慢的问题,设计并分析了一种电控气压继动阀,对其工作过程进行了建模与分析。首先基于所设计继动阀的结构特征以及制动过程的工作原理,建立了包含该继动阀驱动电压-输出压强关系的数学模型;然后在AMESim中搭建了半物理模型并与数学模型进行对比,验证了数学模型的正确性;进一步通过搭建试验台架进行测试,结果显示数学模型和半物理模型响应速率误差分别为3.12%和0.433%。试验证明:采用所设计的继动阀,可以使从脚阀到轮边制动气室的输出气压响应速度提高了26.4%。 In order to solve the problem of slow response speed of the traditional pneumatic brake system of commercial vehicles,an electronical pneumatic relay valve is designed in this paper,and its working process is modeled and analyzed.Firstly,based on the structural characteristics of the designed relay valve and the working principle of the braking process,a mathematical model including the relationship between the driving voltage and the output pressure of the relay valve is established.Then,a semiphysical model was built in AMESim and compared with the mathematical model to verify the correctness of the mathematical model.Further tests are carried out by building a test bench,and the results show that the response rate errors of the mathematical model and the semi-physical model are 3.12%and 0.433%,respectively.Finally,the test proves that the response speed of the output air pressure from the foot valve to the wheel brake air chamber can be increased by 26.4%after using the designed relay valve.
