摘要
针对现有检修车间检修体系智能化不高、效率低下、无法适应高强度检修任务等问题,从总体工艺方案出发,制定总体工艺布局、质量管控模式、物流配送模式、新工艺流程节拍等,形成MES系统及仿真系统的初版输入数据,并指导优化智能检修流水线工艺与装备方案研究。开发一体化货车检修信息支撑平台,提出智慧工厂一体化安全防护系统和智慧厂房等基础设施建设的相关需求,将智能化贯穿货车检修工厂每一个流程架构。基于全生命周期管理的智慧型货车检修工厂的研究,对降低人工成本,提高生产效率,提升设备利用率,实现决策自动化等具有现实意义。
In view of the problems such as low intelligence,low efficiency and inability to adapt to high-intensity maintenance tasks of the existing maintenance workshop maintenance system,starting from the overall process plan,the overall process layout,quality control mode,logistics and distribution mode,new process beat,etc.,were formulated,the initial input data of MES system and simulation system were formed,and the research on optimizing the process and equipment scheme of the intelligent maintenance line was guided.An integrated truck maintenance information support platform was developed,the relevant requirements of infrastructure construction such as the integrated safety protection system of the smart factory and the smart workshop was put forward,and intelligence was run through every process structure of the truck maintenance factory.The research on intelligent truck maintenance factories based on full life cycle management is of practical significance for reducing labor costs,improving production efficiency,improving equipment utilization,and realizing decision-making automation.
